Home Visits & Remote Appointments
Appointments can be arranged in the way that is most convenient for you, whether in person or remotely.
In-Person Appointments
Appointments can take place at your home or place of work where appropriate.
Within the Tavistock area – No additional charge
Outside the Tavistock area – Mileage charged at 45 pence per mile, calculated using Google Maps
Remote Appointments
Remote appointments are also available and can often be a convenient way to discuss your estate planning requirements.
By telephone – No additional charge
By video call – No additional charge
Remote consultations still allow full discussion of your circumstances and are suitable for many Wills, LPAs, and estate planning matters.
Are There Any Hidden Costs?
No.
Any costs are explained clearly before work proceeds. Where additional work may be required due to complexity or changes in instructions, this will always be discussed with you first. Payment of 50% of fees up to a minimum of £450 is required on delivery of Draft documents.
Certain services, such as LPA registration fees payable to the Office of the Public Guardian, are separate government charges and are explained during the process.
