Clear and Transparent Service Terms
These Terms explain how Together We Plan Ltd provides estate planning services, including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and inheritance tax planning.
Our aim is to keep the process clear, transparent, and easy to understand, so you always know what to expect before and during your instruction.

We will:
explain your options clearly in plain English
request only the information needed to complete your instructions
provide draft documents for your review before finalisation
provide guides and support you through signing and completion requirements
You remain responsible for checking that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Fees and Payment
Fees will always be explained clearly before work begins.
In most cases:
A minimum of 50% of fees is payable when instructions are given (minimum £450)
The balance is payable on approval of draft documents or within 14 days of issue
Fixed-fee services are payable on delivery of drafts, if £450 or less
Additional costs may apply where work becomes more complex or where instructions change significantly after drafting has begun. These will always be discussed with you first.
Government or third-party fees (such as LPA registration fees) are separate and explained where applicable.
